Product Description:
Universal cam and rotor transfer pump is suitable to tenderly transfer high-viscosity matters or the matters containing particles. It is suitable for hygienic and aseptic place. Tenderly handling matters, slow rotational speed（200-600rpm）, adjustable transportation speed, especially suitable for the mediums that are easy to foaming or may be damaged during high-speed transportation. It is also used as a metering pump. It is suitable for on-the –pot CIP cleaning and steam sterilization. Hygienic handling conforms to GMP standard. Application:
Pharmacy: pill paste, syrup, emulsification fluid, protein
Cosmetics: facial milk, skin lotion, hair protecting liquid, hair styling flues, shampoo
Beverage: beer, malt liquor, yeast liquid, fruit juice drinks, soft drinks
Dairy Products: yoghurt, fresh milk, Ice Cream, Cheese etc.
Others: sweets, bake, chemical industry etc.

Discharge: it’s better to choose the middle data
Temperature: 20-150 ℃(the maximum Tep. for sterilizing:180 ℃)
Condition & medium: please confirm if you need explosion proof.
Working condition: TR rotor transfer pump can shrink automatically with frequency conversion adjusting speed or mechanic speed.
Body material: 316L or 304
Seals material: silicon rubber (standard), others: fluorine rubber, EPDM, PTFE, Buna-N rubber etc. the standard material is carbonize silicon- carbide alloy, graphite- carbonize silicon or graphite -ceramics.
Input connecting way: fast hoop, flange, pipe whorl, welding, ＤＩＮ standard connection etc.
